Course Description:

The Sustainble Building Advisor (SBA) course is a nine-month specialized training course designed to enable graduates to advise employers or clients on strategies and tools for implementing sustainable building.

Classes are held the first weekend (Friday/Saturday) of every month at Southern Oregon Universtiy (SOU) in Ashland, OR. Attendance, research papers, text book and curriculum reading, a team project and field trips are all part of the class requirements.

The $200 certification exam fee is included in the tuition.

Refund Policy:

Eight weeks prior to the first class date:
     All tuition will be refunded less a $150 registration fee.
Six weeks prior to the first class date:
     90% of all tuition will be refunded.
One month prior to the first class date:
     80% will be refunded.
Three weeks: prior to the first class date:
     70% will be refunded.
Two weeks prior to the first class date:
     no refunds will be given.
